| Who am I? My name is Monte D. Young, and I am a Personal Chef, a Certified Specialist of Wine, and a student at the Culinary Institute of America - San Antonio...with plans for a future wine tasting café! Here at "Wine and Food Tasting At Home" I have been providing Personal Chef Wine Tasting Dinners for small to medium sized groups of "Foodies" (wine and food lovers) since early 2004, and my services are available in San Antonio, Austin, and anywhere else in-between. As a Personal Chef, I love creating great cuisine for all of my wine and food guests, and I use only the freshest seasonal and organic ingredients available. For my guests, I strive to find only the best ingredients I can...as well as the most appropriate wines for the dishes as possible. | Another service I provide is through my second venture: A.M. Puppycare. I know how much we all love our pets, and at "Wine and Food Tasting At Home," we are HUGE pet lovers too! After seeing the recent problems with pet food safety, I am now offering a Gourmet Personal Puppy Chef Service for my customer's four-legged furry friends and family members too. This service is offered, and performed, in the same way as my traditional Personal Chef Service.
