| For many years, my wife and I have been avid wine and food enthusiasts, and we have traveled throughout Italy, Germany, Texas, and the Northern California Wine Country, as well as Seattle, British Columbia, and New York, to find great wines and experience fabulous cuisine. I am a Personal Chef, a Certified Specialist of Wine, and I have taken the International Sommelier Guild's Foundation Level 1 and 2 courses. Also, I teach In-Home cooking and wine pairing classes, and I am currently a student at the Culinary Institute of America - San Antonio, which is only the 3rd location for this prestigious school...following the Hyde Park, NY and Napa Valley, CA locations! |
