| Who am I? My name is Monte D. Young, and I am a Personal Chef, a Certified Specialist of Wine, and a student at the Culinary Institute of America - San Antonio. At "Wine and Food Tasting At Home," I have been providing Personal Chef Wine Tasting Dinners for small to medium sized groups of "Foodies" (wine and food lovers) since early 2004. My services are available in San Antonio, Austin, and anywhere else in-between. As a Personal Chef and Certified Specialist of Wine, I love creating great cuisine for all of my wine and food guests, and when cooking for them, I strive to find the best organic and seasonal ingredients available. For the wine education service, I look for the best examples of the varietals we will be learning about. Another popular service I offer, is my in-home cooking and wine pairing classes.
