| The dishes listed below are a small selection of the menu items I offer, so please call or email me for a complete list of menu selections! In all of the dishes I offer, I use the freshest and most seasonal / locally grown and raised organic products available at the time. |
| Sample Menu A Variety of both Warm and Chilled Soups Chipotle-Glazed Shrimp and Chicken Skewers Crostini Sandwiches, with a Wild Mushroom, Garlic and Blue Cheese Spread Sweet and Spicy Spinach Salad, with Fresh Spinach, Feta Cheese, Spicy Walnuts, and Dried Cherries Sauted Fresh Asparagus with Toasted Nuts Wild Rice with Baby Portabellas, or other Wild Mushrooms Citrus-Curd Tarts These are fresh-fruit, egg-based curd tarts that are either Orange, Lemon, Lime, or Grapefruit in flavor and they have a delicately torched and browned Swiss Meringue topping. They come in a Graham Cracker Crust Shell, and they are fantastic! Cupcakes, Cupcakes, Cupcakes! I offer a wide variety of custom made cupcakes, designed with your special someone, occasion, or holiday in mind. Whether it is a birthday, holiday, or an anniversary.
